Nothing could be improved.

The spa area here is fantastic and worth every penny! The pools and sporting facilities were great too. However, the food quality in the standard restaurant was quite disappointing, not what I'd expect. 🍽️

The hotel boasted fabulous amenities like the spa and pools. Relaxing in the tranquil spa, especially in the nudist Black Zone, was an unforgettable experience. Our room had a stunning ocean view with a comfortable bed and ample space. Breakfast impressed with its variety and quality, especially the made-to-order omelettes. However, the bar service was inconsistent. often needed to wait too long for someone to take our order. While the facilities were generally well-maintained, the pool could get overcrowded during peak hours, making it hard to find a spot to relax. Parking came with a daily charge that felt unnecessary, especially given the location. All in all, there were fantastic aspects that made our stay enjoyable, but improvements in service speed and pool capacity would certainly enhance the experience.

The beach facilities were top-notch, perfect for our kids. However, the front desk staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful.

The staff were super friendly and always helpful, especially at the poolside snack bar—loved grabbing quick bites! Our room was spacious and comfy, but the noise from above at night was pretty annoying. It can get a little loud, so light sleepers beware. Overall, it was a relaxing stay!

This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like the infinity pool, fitness center, and ample beach access. On my first stay, the staff gave excellent taxi tips, and overall, the team was extremely helpful. I’ll be back for a city trip!

The pool areas are often overcrowded during peak hours!!! I also found the air conditioning ineffective in my room, which was quite uncomfortable!!! Additionally, cleanliness left something to be desired with spots missed during housekeeping.
